Crab Critter Fritters - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. crab meat
    1 egg
    1/4 c. beer
    1 c. Bisquick
    juice from 1 lemon
    1/8 tsp. garlic salt
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. parsley flakes
    1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    oil (for frying)
Preparation
    Remove\tbone
    from crab.
    In mixing bowl beat egg, beer and stir
    in Bisquick.\tAdd remaining ingredients, and gently stir
    in crab.
    In heavy skillet heat 2 or 3 inches oil.
    Drop batter
    into hot
    oil (about 2 tablespoons for each fritter); fry
    until golden
    brown.
    Drain
    on paper towel.
    Serve with cocktail sauce.
