Cherry Bread Pudding(With Almond Cream Sauce) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 c. bread chunks
    1 can (15 oz.) dark sweet cherries in heavy syrup, drained (reserve juice)
    Reserved juice plus enough milk to make 4 c. liquid
    3 eggs
    1 c. sugar
    1 tsp. almond flavoring
    1/4 c. butter or margarine
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine the bread with the 4 cups of liquid. Mix well. Beat together the eggs, sugar and almond flavoring. Combine with bread mixture and then stir in the cherries. Melt the butter in a 9x13x2 inch baking pan. Pour bread pudding mixture into pan and bake for about an hour. Serve with Almond Cream Sauce.
