Summer Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 c. summer squash, sliced
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 c. shredded carrots
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. herb stuffing mix
    1/2 c. butter or melted oleo
    1 c. milk
Preparation
    Cook squash and onion in a little salted water for 5 minutes; drain.
    Combine soup and milk; stir in carrots.
    Fold in drained squash and onion.
    Combine stuffing and butter.
    Spread half of stuffing mixture in bottom of 12 x 7-inch baking dish.
    Spoon vegetable mix on top.
    Sprinkle remaining stuffing mix over vegetables.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 or 30 minutes or until heated.
