Hot Crawfish Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 lb. butter
    1/2 bunch green onions, chopped
    1/4 c. flour
    1 lb. peeled crawfish tails with fat
    1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms, drained
    salt, pepper, hot sauce, Worcestershire sauce to taste
    8 oz. sour cream
Preparation
    Saute green onions in butter.
    Stir in flour.
    Add crawfish tails and fat; continue to saute.
    Stir in mushrooms and seasoning.
    Fold in sour cream just before serving.
    Keep hot in chafing dish.
    To freeze, omit sour cream and add when ready to serve.
