Mrs. Logan'S Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 stick margarine
2 sticks butter
1 (1 lb.) box confectioners sugar
6 eggs
flour (sugar box full)
1 Tbsp. vanilla

Preparation

Cream margarine, butter and sugar until light and smooth.
Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
Fill sugar box with flour (to rim).
Add to above mixture and beat well.
Add 1 teaspoon vanilla.
Grease tube pan.
Add batter; shake down. Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour or until done.
Remove from pan immediately.
