Funnel Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 eggs, beaten
1 1/2 cups milk
2 cups flour, sifted
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
2 cups cooking oil
powdered sugar
Preparation

In a large mixing bowl, combine eggs and milk.
Sift in flour, powder and salt.
Beat until smooth.
Pour mixture through funnel into hot oil in skillet.
Cook until golden brown, turn carefully with tongs and/or spatula and cook one more minute.
Drain excess fat.
Dust with powdered sugar.
Serve hot with honey or syrup for dipping.
