Tortilla Roll-Ups - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    24 large flour tortillas
    2 lb. jalapeno Jack cheese, shredded
    3 c. salsa (mild)
    1 qt. red bell pepper, diced
    1 1/2 c. green onions, sliced
    3 lb. cooked chicken meat, shredded
Preparation
    Spread each tortilla with cheese; heat until melted.
    In a bowl, toss chicken with salsa, peppers and onions.
    Spoon 1/2 cup mixture into each tortilla.
    Roll up tightly.
    Makes 24.
