Baby Pearl Tapioca - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 c. water
pinch of salt
1 c. Baby Pearl tapioca
4 Tbsp. Jell-O (any flavor)
2/3 c. sugar
1 c. whipped cream
fruit (use any desired)
Preparation

Bring to a boil the water and salt.
Add tapioca.
Bring back to good boil again, cover and turn off heat.
Let set covered an hour or longer, until balls are clear.
Add Jell-O and sugar. Stir until dissolved.
Chill.
When ready to serve, add whipped cream and any fruit desired.
Makes 12 to 15 servings.
