Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
    2 eggs
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1 Tbsp. grated onion
    1 stick margarine
    36 Ritz crackers, ground
Preparation
    Cook broccoli as directed; drain.
    Beat eggs and mix with broccoli, soup, cheese, mayonnaise and onion.
    Add melted margarine with ground crackers and place on top of casserole. Bake 25 minutes at 400\u00b0 in 2 1/2-quart casserole.
    Serves 8.
