Scrod Putanesca - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. fresh scrod
    1 (28 oz.) can crushed tomatoes
    1 c. sliced black olives
    1 Tbsp. capers
    1/2 tsp. crushed red pepper
    1/4 c. canola or vegetable oil
    4 to 5 cloves garlic
    8 oz. angel hair
Preparation
    In saucepan or large skillet, add oil and garlic; simmer for 5 minutes.
    Add all other ingredients, except scrod and angel hair; simmer for 25 to 30 minutes.
    Wash scrod in cold water and towel dry.
    Add to tomato mixture.
