Fried Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 whole frying chickens, cut into eighths
2 c. all-purpose flour
2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. ground pepper
1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
2 c. milk
2 eggs
2 c. plain bread crumbs
vegetable oil for pan-frying
2 lemons, cut into wedges
Preparation

Rinse the chicken and pat dry.
Place the flour, salt, pepper, cinnamon, nutmeg and garlic powder in a shallow baking dish; stir to distribute all the ingredients evenly.
