Caribbean Fudge Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. oleo, softened
    3/4 c. firmly packed brown sugar
    3 eggs
    1 (8 oz.) semi-sweet chocolate, melted
    2 tsp. instant coffee
    1/4 c. all-purpose flour
    1 c. chopped walnuts
    1 (9-inch) pie shell
Preparation
    Beat oleo and sugar until fluffy.
    Add eggs, one at a time, beating after each addition.
    Add chocolate and instant coffee. Mix well.
    Stir in flour and walnuts.
    Bake in lower third of oven for 25 minutes at 375\u00b0.
    Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
    Top with ice cream or whipped cream, if desired.
