Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 egg
1 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 1/2 c. chopped apples
1/2 c. vegetable oil
1/4 c. chopped nuts
1 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Mix all ingredients together well and spread into an 8 x 8-inch square cake pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for around 40 minutes. Recipe may be doubled for a 9 x 13-inch pan.
