Mexican Corn Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    3 c. corn bread mix
    2 to 3 Tbsp. sugar
    2 1/2 c. milk
    1/2 c. vegetable oil
    4 oz. can jalapeno peppers, chopped
    1 large onion
    1 (17 oz.) can cream-style corn
    1 1/2 c. shredded Longhorn cheese
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients well.
    Pour into greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 35 to 45 minutes.
    Very good with chili.
