Hamburger Stroganoff - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. chopped onion
1 lb. ground beef
3 c. tomato or V-8 juice
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. celery salt
dash of pepper
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
1 c. sour cream or plain yogurt
1 (3 oz.) can drained mushrooms
2 Tbsp. fat
3 c. medium noodles
Preparation

Cook onion in fat.
Add ground beef and brown.
Place uncooked noodles over beef.
Combine juice and seasonings.
Pour over noodles.
Cover and simmer 20 minutes.
Add green pepper. Cover and cook 10 minutes more.
Stir in sour cream before serving.
Heat, but do not boil.
