Cheese Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can chicken broth or 3 bouillon cubes
    1 carrot
    1 stalk celery
    1 onion
    3/4 lb. Velveeta cheese
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
Preparation
    Use a 3-quart saucepan.
    Fill 3/4 full of water.
    Add chicken broth or bouillon cubes.
    Finely chop carrot, onion and celery; add to water and cook until tender.
    Add cheese.
    When cheese melts, stir in cornstarch, mixed with small amount of water. Serve.
