Apple Cream Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2/3 c. sugar
    1/8 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. plain flour
    1 c. sour cream
    1 egg, slightly beaten
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. finely chopped apples
    9-inch unbaked pie shell
    1/2 c. flour
    1/3 c. sugar
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/4 c. butter
Preparation
    Combine sugar, flour and salt.
    Add cream, egg and vanilla and beat until smooth.
    Add apples and pour into unbaked pie shell. Combine flour, sugar and cinnamon and cut in butter.
    Sprinkle this topping on pie.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
