Lasagna - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. oil
    1 1/2 lb. ground meat
    1 (1 lb. 12 oz.) can whole tomatoes
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    2 envelopes dehydrated spaghetti sauce mix
    1 (1 lb.) pkg. lasagna noodles
    2 (12 oz. each) can V-8 juice
    1 (12 oz.) carton cottage cheese
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
    1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Heat oil in a large skillet.
    Add meat and cook, breaking up. Stir in tomatoes, tomato sauce, sauce mix and V-8 juice.
    Bring to a boil. Lower heat and simmer for 10 minutes.
