Ingredients

3 eggs
1-1/2 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. cornmeal
1 (scant) cup cold water
1 c. coconut
1/4 c. butter, melted
1 Tbsp. vanilla
unbaked pie shell
Preparation

Beat eggs slightly; add remaining ingredients in order given, mix well. Pour into pie shell. Bake at 425\u00b0 for 10 minutes. Reduce temperature to 350\u00b0 and bake for 35 minutes.
