Kraut Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can shredded kraut, washed and drained well
    1 onion, chopped fine
    1 green pepper, chopped fine
    1 c. celery, chopped fine
    1/2 c. water
    1/2 c. vinegar
    1 c. sugar
Preparation
    Mix well.
    Let stand overnight before serving.
    You may make this and keep in refrigerator for a long time as it is used.
    The longer it stands, the better the flavor.
