Collard Greens - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 ham hocks
    2 to 3 bunches collard greens
    3/4 green bell pepper, chopped
    1 bunch scallions, chopped
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    Accent and salt to taste (to season)
Preparation
    Steam ham hocks in a small amount of water for about 1 hour. Cut and wash collard greens very well.
    Add the greens, chopped green pepper, scallions, sugar and seasoning to the pot.
    Simmer for approximately 1 hour or until tender.
