Marinated Potato, Ham And Green Bean Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. oil
    3 Tbsp. cider vinegar
    1 1/2 Tbsp. chopped parsley and green onion
    1/2 tsp. salt
    freshly ground pepper to taste
    6 medium potatoes, cooked and sliced (with skins)
    1 lb. green beans, cooked crisp
    2 c. slivered ham, chicken or turkey
    1/4 c. radishes, sliced thin
    2 c. chopped watercress (optional)
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients and chill 2 hours before serving.
