Diabetic Sugarless Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. raisins
1 sq. baking chocolate
1 c. chopped apple
1 tsp. baking powder
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. water
1/2 c. margarine
1 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. soda
1 1/2 Tbsp. liquid sweetener
1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Chop raisins and boil water and raisins for 5 minutes in a 2-quart pan.
Remove from heat and add apples, chocolate and margarine.
When mixture is cool, stir in flour, baking powder and soda.
Add egg, liquid sweetener (Sweet 10) and vanilla.
Beat 1 minute by hand and stir in nuts.
Bake in 9 x 9-inch pan for 40 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Cut into pieces, wrap and store in freezer. Contains 175 calories per piece.
