Barley Sausage(Vedaras) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground pork shoulder
    2 c. cooked barley
    1 c. milk or meat stock
    1 small onion, grated
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients well.
    Fill large, clean sausage casings with mixture.
    Boil in salt water or place in baking dish; bake at 350\u00b0 for about 50 minutes.
