Diet Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 pieces chicken (your choice which pieces)
    1/2 tsp. ginger
    1 tsp. lemon pepper
    1/2 medium onion, cut in rings
    1 tsp. sage
Preparation
    Line baking pan with foil.
    Arrange chicken pieces in pan. Cover with foil.
    Mix together other ingredients and sprinkle over chicken.
    Place onion rings on top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until tender.
