Easy Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. orange gelatin
    1 large carrot, grated
    1/2 c. diced celery
    1/2 c. grated cheese (optional)
    1 1/2 c. boiling water
    1 small can crushed pineapple with juice
Preparation
    Stir gelatin into boiling water until dissolved.
    Let stand until cool.
    Add carrot, celery and pineapple.
    Also add cheese if used.
    Refrigerate until gelatin is firm.
    Serves 6.
