Cheese Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. lemon jello
1 c. boiling water
juice of 1 lemon
1 small can crushed pineapple
1 stick margarine
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. sugar
1 large can Carnation milk
1 c. graham cracker crumbs
Preparation

Chill milk in freezer several hours.
Dissolve jello in boiling water.
Add lemon juice and undrained pineapple.
Chill until slightly thickens.
Whip margarine, cheese and sugar until fluffy.
Fold into jello.
Whip milk until it peaks.
Fold into mixture.
Butter dish and sprinkle with 1/2 of crumbs.
Pour cheese mixture.
Put remainder of crumbs on top.
Chill several hours.
