1 pkg. yellow cake mix
20 oz. crushed pineapple
3/4 c. sugar
2 (3.5 oz.) pkg. instant vanilla pudding
3 c. milk
1 c. whipping cream
1/4 c. powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
3/4 c. toasted coconut
Preparation

Bake cake as directed in 13 x 9-inch pan.
Meanwhile, combine pineapple and sugar in saucepan.
Cook over medium heat 20 minutes.
Poke fork into done cake.
Pour on pineapple mix; spread evenly.
Cool completely.
