Oatmeal Banana Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 large bananas, mashed
1 c. milk
2 c. dark brown sugar, packed
2 tsp. soda
1 Tbsp. plus 1 tsp. baking powder
2 c. quick oats (uncooked)
1 c. butter, softened
4 eggs
4 c. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation

Combine bananas, oats and milk in bowl; set aside.
Cream butter or oleo and sugar until light and fluffy.
Add eggs one at a time, beating after each addition.
Combine dry ingredients, adding alternately with banana mixture to creamed mixture.
Spoon into two greased 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pans.
Bake in preheated 350\u00b0 oven for 1 hour.
Remove from pans; cool on wire rack.
Yields 2 loaves.
Can be frozen up to 3 months.
