Rice Pudding(Rizogalo) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 qt. milk
    1 c. water
    2/3 c. long grain rice
    2/3 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. butter
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
    cinnamon
Preparation
    Heat milk and water in saucepan.
    Add rice; stir.
    Add sugar, salt and butter and stir, then let simmer for 50 minutes.
    Beat 2 eggs in separate bowl and slowly add hot mixture.
    Beat constantly.
    Add vanilla and stir gently.
    Ladle into dessert dishes and sprinkle with cinnamon.
    Refrigerate.
    Serves 8.
