Szechuan Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. soy sauce
    1/4 c. green onions, chopped
    2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    2 Tbsp. cooking sherry
    2 Tbsp. Szechuan seasoning
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    flank steak
Preparation
    Mix all the ingredients except steak in a 10 x 13-inch dish. Score steak on both sides.
    Marinate for several hours.
    Grill.
