Great Caesar'S Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cup Caesar Croutons
    1 Tbsp. chopped chives
    1 Tbsp. Parmesan Cheese
    2 Tbsp. butter (melted)
    3 medium tomatoes
    salt (to taste)
    pepper (to taste)
Preparation
    Partially crush one cup Caesar Croutons.
    Add one Tbsp. each chopped chives and parmesan cheese and two Tbsp. melted butter. Cut three medium tomatoes in half (cross-wise).
    Season with salt and pepper.
    Top with croutons mixture.
    Broil until brown.
    Serve with roast.
