Potato Wedges - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 medium potatoes, cut into large wedges
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1/8 tsp. salt
2 cloves minced garlic
Preparation

Place potatoes in large bowl. Add cold water. Let stand 30 minutes. Dry potatoes. Spray pan with nonstick spray. Place potatoes in pan. Spray potatoes with nonstick spray.
Sprinkle with pepper and salt. Bake for 20 minutes at 425\u00b0. Using spatula, turn potatoes. Sprinkle with garlic. Bake until golden potatoes.
