Meowser'S Pickled Brussels - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. fresh Brussels sprouts
    4 garlic cloves
    4 tsp. dill seed
    4 tsp. peppercorns
    2 1/2 c. white vinegar
    2 1/2 c. water
    4 Tbsp. kosher salt
Preparation
    Wash and trim sprouts.
    Thoroughly wash four 1-pint canning jars and lids.
    In each jar, place 1 garlic clove, 1 teaspoon dill seed, 1 teaspoon peppercorns and then fill with Brussels sprouts.
