Sherrie Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 (10 oz.) pkg. chopped broccoli (frozen)
    2 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
    1 c. Ritz crackers, crushed
    1 Tbsp. mayonnaise
    1 large jar sliced mushrooms
    1/2 c. melted butter
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Cook
    broccoli
    30 minutes.
    Drain water.
    Mix together cheese, egg, soup, mayonnaise and mushrooms.
    Pour over cooked broccoli and stir well.
    Cover with cracker crumbs and drizzle butter on top.
