Ingredients

1 (16 oz.) pkg. fine egg noodles
4 eggs, separated
1/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 small jar applesauce (optional)
1 small can fruit cocktail (optional)
1 c. yogurt, vanilla or lemon (optional)
corn flake crumbs
honey and cinnamon for topping
1 stick margarine
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Cook entire package of noodles.
Let sit in water for 1 hour or overnight.
Separate eggs.
Beat egg yolks, sugar and vanilla until thick and lemon colored.
Beat egg whites until stiff.
Mix yolk mixture with drained noodles.
Add any optional ingredients.
