Bleu Cheese Roll-Ups - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. beef or pork, ground
    3/4 c. bread crumbs
    1 egg
    2/3 c. Bleu cheese, crumbled
    1 tsp. salt
    1 pkg. bacon
Preparation
    Mix
    all
    ingredients
    together.
    Make into 1-inch meat balls. Cut
    bacon
    slices
    in half and wrap each slice around meat ball.
    Hold
    together with toothpick.
    Bake in 400\u00b0 oven for 30 minutes, or until bacon is crisp.
    Remove toothpick and serve hot.
