Woodchuck Patties - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. boned woodchuck meat
    1 c. bread crumbs
    1/2 c. chopped parsley
    1/2 c. green onions, chopped
    1/2 c. green pepper, chopped
    1 tsp. garlic powder
    1 tsp. basil
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Remove all fat from the meat and grind with a meat grinder. Mix the ground meat with bread crumbs, egg, parsley, green onions, green pepper, garlic powder and basil.
    Salt and pepper to taste and shape into patties.
