Enchilada Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. ground beef
8 oz. grated Cheddar cheese
1 (12 ) pkg. tortillas
1 medium onion
1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
1 small can green chilies
1 can cream of chicken soup
Preparation

Mix onion, Ro-Tel tomatoes, green chilies and soup in blender. Brown ground beef and drain.
Break 6 tortillas in pieces and spread in bottom of 9 x 12-inch pan.
Put half of the ground beef, half of the sauce and half of the cheese over the tortillas. Place other 6 tortillas on top of the cheese (do not break up these tortillas).
Put rest of meat, sauce and cheese over the tortillas.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
