Potato Wedges - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 6 potatoes
    1 to 1 1/2 sticks butter
    garlic salt and/or seasoned salt
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Cut potatoes into wedges; cook until tender.
    Drain.
    Layer baking dish with potato wedges, slice butter and place on top of potatoes.
    Add salt, pepper and garlic salt (may use seasoned salt as well).
    Place in oven on broil until golden brown.
