Tuna Pasta Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 tsp. vegetable oil
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 garlic clove, minced
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1/2 tsp. dried oregano
    4 oz. spaghetti (2 c., cooked)
    1 can tuna in water, drained and flaked
    1/2 c. cooked peas
    1 c. low-fat cottage cheese
    1 egg, slightly beaten
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 1/2 Tbsp. wheat germ
Preparation
    In small saucepan over medium-high heat, heat oil.
    Add onion and garlic and cook, stirring occasionally, about 3 minutes.
    Add tomato sauce and oregano; bring to a boil.
    Reduce heat, cover and simmer, stirring occasionally about 15 minutes.
