Banana Nut Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sifted flour
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/4 to 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. chopped nuts
    5 large bananas
    1/2 c. butter/margarine
    1 c. sugar
Preparation
    Measure and sift together flour, soda and salt.
    Cream margarine/butter and sugar; add eggs and vanilla.
    Stir until thoroughly mixed.
    Stir in mashed bananas.
    Fold in dry ingredients and nuts.
    Place in well-greased 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan or 8-inch square cake pan.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 55 to 60 minutes.
