Enchilada Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    13 oz. evaporated milk
    1 lb. grated cheese
    10 3/4 oz. cream of chicken soup
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 tsp. salt
    1 clove garlic, minced
    7 oz. green chiles, diced
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    8 corn tortillas, fired
Preparation
    Melt cheese in evaporated milk and soup.
    Brown ground beef. Add onion, garlic, salt and green chilies.
    Cook until onion is tender.
    Fry tortillas until soft.
    Layer ingredients in a greased 2-quart casserole dish, starting with tortillas, then meat mixture.
    Repeat.
    Pour cheese sauce over the top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
