Pepper Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. soy sauce
    1 Tbsp. water
    1/2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/4 to 3/8 tsp. pepper
    1/4 tsp. sugar
    1 1/2 large garlic cloves, crushed
    1 lb. steak
    1/8 c. oil
    3 medium peppers
    1 1/2 large tomatoes
Preparation
    Mix first 6 ingredients.
    Marinate meat in mixture.
    Saute green peppers (3 to 5 minutes).
    Stir in meat and cook over medium high heat for approximately 5 minutes.
    Stir in tomatoes.
    Simmer for approximately 3 minutes.
