Can'T Believe It Dessert - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (No. 2) can fruit pie mix (cherry, apple, blueberry, etc.)
    1 box white cake mix
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. slivered almonds
    1/2 c. melted butter
Preparation
    Pour pie mix in ungreased 13 x 9-inch cake pan.
    Sift dry cake mix over top of pie mix.
    Sprinkle 1/2 cup melted butter on top. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Serve with whipped cream or ice cream.
