Carob-Date Syrup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. water
    2 c. soft dates
    1/2 c. carob powder
Preparation
    Blend until smooth.
    Pour into container and add 1 cup of water.
    (Use this to rinse out the blender.)
    Stir well.
    Use 5 tablespoons syrup to one cup water to make a delicious hot or cold drink.
    Mix 1/2 cup rice milk with 1/2 cup water and add 4 tablespoons carob syrup.
    Blend until smooth.
    Also may use as a hot syrup.
    Delicious on bananas with chopped nuts sprinkled on top.
