Italian Spinach - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. Olive oil
    1 Tbsp. minced garlic
    1 small onion
    1 pkg. fresh whole leaf spinach
    1 small can diced tomatoes, drained
    1 (4oz.) jar sliced mushrooms, drained
Preparation
    Saute garlic and onion in olive oil until onion is clear. Mix in spinach. Cook on medium heat until tender.
    Spinach will cook down a considerable amount.
    Add drained tomato and drained mushrooms.
    Simmer until heated through.
    Serves 2 - 4.
