Applesauce Cupcakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. butter
2 c. sugar
2 eggs
4 c. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
1 tsp. ground allspice
1/4 tsp. ground cloves
2 tsp. soda
2 c. applesauce
1 tsp. vanilla extract

Preparation

Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy in large mixing bowl.
Add eggs and beat well.
Sift dry ingredients together and add to mixture alternately with applesauce.
Add vanilla and mix well.
