Oven Roasted Ribs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium onion, finely chopped
    1 Tbsp. butter
    3/4 c. catsup
    3 Tbsp. brown sugar
    3 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    2 Tbsp. steak sauce
    1 Tbsp. cider vinegar
    1/4 c. water
    dash of pepper
Preparation
    Saute onion in butter.
    Add all other ingredients.
    Simmer 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
    Can be refrigerated up to 2 weeks.
    Preheat oven to 450\u00b0.
    Salt and pepper ribs; place on rack and pour 3 cups water in pan.
    Bake 30 minutes.
    Pour out water; reduce heat to 300\u00b0.
    Brush ribs with Vera's Barbecue Sauce.
    Bake 25 minutes.
    Turn; baste with sauce and bake 20 minutes.
    Broil a few minutes on each side before serving.
