Muesli - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. rolled oats
    1/4 c. wheat germ
    1/2 c. raisins
    2 Tbsp. honey
    1/4 c. almonds, chopped
    2 medium apples
    1/2 c. apple juice
    1 banana
    grated rind of 1 orange
Preparation
    Combine oatmeal, wheat germ, orange rind, raisins and nuts. Shred 1 apple and chop 1 apple.
    Slice banana.
    Drizzle with honey and apple juice.
    Mix altogether.
    Serve with milk.
    Makes 4 servings.
